In this turbulent economy, homelessness can happen to anyone. Housing costs are higher than ever, so a stroke of bad luck can be all it takes. We provide services and counseling for anyone in Columbia County who is homeless or at risk of losing their home. We recently opened the Galvan Civic Motel, a friendly and welcoming community for individuals and families, and we are experts on the government programs that can lend a hand.

Can I trust Galvan Housing Resources? Is there a catch?
There’s no catch! We are a non-profit organization with a mission to create strong, diverse communities, and our counseling services are always free. In fact, we are the only housing counseling program in Columbia County that is certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
