Our state’s housing crisis only adds to the challenge: over half of New York renters are cost burdened according to a recent report. Our housing counselors are trained to help renters access government programs and work out disputes with landlords.

Can I trust Galvan Housing Resources? Is there a catch?
There’s no catch! We are a non-profit organization with a mission to create strong, diverse communities, and our counseling services are always free. In fact, we are the only housing counseling program in Columbia County that is certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
