The Depot Lofts – at 76 North 7th Street in Hudson will feature 64 brand new apartments, opening in 2025. The building will anchor the Depot District, a walkable, historic neighborhood that unites the city. In addition to the 138 mixed-income residential units that are planned in total, the district will also feature affordable commercial spaces prioritized for minority- and women-owned businesses. By linking the city’s high- and low- income areas, Hudson residents will finally have an opportunity to live in an affordable, economically diverse neighborhood.
