The Rapid Response program administers emergency funding to homeowners in communities affected by storms or other natural disasters. When funding is available, Rapid Response enables HCR/HTFC to quickly support homeowners with emergency home repairs following future storms. Homeowners must first utilize any available homeowners-insurance benefits.
